British businesses are now more confident about their future than at any time in the past fifteen months, and are regaining their optimism in the outlook for the wider economy, according to the latest Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets Business Barometer.

47% of businesses are more optimistic about the economy than they were three months ago

27% expect a increase in level of business in the next 3 months
